You can cancel your appointment directly from our website up to 25 hours before your agreed treatment.

In the menu bar, under TREATMENTS => READ ABOUT => SEE / CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

If your agreed treatment is within 24 hours when you cancel, you should contact us directly on + 45 28 89 66 11

*We do not accept cancellations on social media (instagram/facebook etc.)

• The price for cancellation within 24 hours is DKK 495.
• In case of non-attendance, it will be the full price of the agreed treatment.

The amount is paid via Mobilepay 972266 on the same day
