Balancing and regulation of the nervous system

This 1-1 session helps you to create inner peace and achieve harmony between body and head through the regulation of your nervous system.

Depending on your challenges and wishes, you will be taken through one of the following sessions:

  • Mindfulness session
  • Breathing session
  • Trauma release session
  • Nervous system balancing

The body remembers and stores all our experiences in the nervous system, so even after a difficult experience or a hard period is over, the body can still react as if we are in survival mode - despite the fact that we are no longer so.

This can, among other things, mean that we release unnecessary stress hormones, that we store fat and inflammation in the body or that we instinctively react in an inappropriate way in special situations.

In this form of treatment, we help the nervous system to find peace. Through breathing and our physical senses, we partly help the body to release accumulated stress and partly to receive the signal that the body is safe. In this way, contact is created between head and body, so that the body no longer needs to react based on survival instincts, while we can once again become secure in ourselves and live based on self-confidence.

The session takes 60 minutes + 10 minutes for preparation.

You have the option of booking a single session or buying a package of 4 sessions that are used over 2 months, so that you are part of a course.

1-1 session

  • 10 minute conversation to establish what we are working on

After the first session
Drink plenty of water, give yourself peace and space - preferably have a diary close by with space for reflections in the following 2-3 days. Prioritize your sleep - when we come back from survival mode the body will be tired - and eat nutritious food. Also like to go for walks in nature.

After course

If you have been dedicated to you and your process, after the course you will find that your body is more in balance.

You will experience greater calm in situations that could overwhelm you before or where you previously acted based on survival instincts - and you will feel that you can trust your body and yourself more.

You will also be better able to make decisions that are nourishing for you and maintain inner calm - even when you are challenged - as you will be better able to independently regulate your nervous system and respect your body.

It is good to remain curious about your body and its signals - and possibly practice making room for self-reflection and time in nature several times a week.
