Body

1. Apply a thin layer to the body twice a day, preferably after a bath.

2. Massage the oil into the skin and then use your favorite sun protection if you are going to be in the sun.

Face

1. Add a few drops to your favorite moisturizer to provide extra nourishment to sun damaged or mature skin, or apply the oil after your recommended moisturizer.

Apply morning and evening as a moisturizer on problem skin.
