1. Apply a thin layer to the body twice a day, preferably after a bath.

2. Massage the oil into the skin and then use your favorite sun protection if you are going to be in the sun.

Use with Derma-Lac Lotion to further improve skin tone/appearance.

Add a few drops to your recommended moisturizer to provide extra nourishment to sun-damaged or mature skin.
